All items are made to order, please allow up to 7-10 days before item is shipped or what is stated on product page.
We offer expedited shipping. Email us and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Shipping within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. Tracking number will be included.
Shipping outside the U.S. will be shipped USPS First Class for International. No tracking number will be included. Other shipping providers are available, but at an additional cost. Contact us for details.
Please note, we are not responsible for payment of any import or duty fees.
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
Orders placed within New York state will incur an 8.125% sales tax.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item, we accept exchanges only within 7 days of receipt.
Sorry, we cannot do refunds.
Before shipping an item back, please email us at email@example.com to notify an exchange.
Shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will pay for shipping costs for the exchanged item back to you.
Items must be returned with original packaging and be in same condition as when shipped. If an item comes back damaged or broken, we cannot proceed with an exchange.
